Keeping track of the current and next banners in Neverness to Everness is one of the most important things you can do as a player. Banners are how you get new characters, and since the limited ones only stick around for a few weeks, you need to know who's coming and when so you can save up in time. Here's a full breakdown of all current and upcoming Neverness to Everness banner, how the gacha system works, and what rates you're working with.
Update: We last updated this article with new NTE (Neverness to Everness) Banners on June 5th, 2026.
How the NTE Scarborough Fair Gacha Works
Instead of a regular pull system where you just tap a button and hope for the best, NTE uses something called the Scarborough Fair. This looks like a board game where you roll dice and move around a board, and whatever tile you land on gives you a reward: Characters, Arcs, currencies, and more.

There are two types of boards:
- The Limited Board is the equivalent of a time-limited banner. It features the current limited S-class character and is only available for a set period. One roll on this board costs one solid die.
- The Standard Board stays the same across every update and features a rotating pool of standard S-class characters. One roll here costs one fabricated die.
As you move around the board, you'll also collect warp pieces and lost pieces. You can spend these in the Fair Exchange shop for more dice, tri-keys, fons, and upgrade materials. When the shop refreshes, you can trade lost pieces for 20 tri-keys, which you use on the Arc Research Program banner.
Active Neverness to Everness Banner
Fading Reverie

To access this banner, you'll need to complete the Episode Quest "Prologue: A New Destination - Head to Eibon Antique Shop" first. The Fading Reverie board features limited S-class character Lacrimosa (Chaos attribute) and runs for 21 days.

While the Limited Board is active, players can earn exclusive time-limited Skin Perks by rolling on this banner, including a Daily Outfit, a Mod Up! Livery, and Fashion Center rewards. These perks are exclusive to the Fading Reverie board and do not carry over to future banners.

If you don't get the S-rank character within your first 70 pulls, the game increases your chances by upgrading the board to a rate-up version. If you're still unlucky and haven't pulled Lacrimosa by the 89th roll, the 90th pull guarantees her instantly without relying on RNG.
All limited banners share the same pity system, meaning your pull count, Gift Points, and rate-up progress carry over to future banners instead of resetting.
Upcoming Neverness to Everness Banner
The official Neverness to Everness 1.1 livestream revealed two upcoming characters: Lacrimosa and Chaos. Since Lacrimosa has already. been released, the next one is going to be Chaos, right after Fading Reverie banner ends.

Skin Perks events run alongside the limited boards. The featured outfits can drop directly from the boards and are also guaranteed once you hit a set number of total rolls on the matching board.
Note: Upcoming banner details will be updated whenever the information drops inside the game.
Neverness to Everness Standard Banner

The standard board is always available and features six S-class characters in its permanent pool. You don't pull for one specific person here because in this board, you have an equal shot at any of the six.
On top of that, there's a great welcome bonus for new players. After your first 50 rolls on the standard board, you get to pick one of these six S-class characters for free. That's a solid headstart, especially if you already know which one you want.
NTE Gacha Rates Explained
One of the biggest things that sets NTE apart from games like Genshin Impact is that there's no 50/50 system. When you pull on a limited board, the featured character is guaranteed within 90 rolls.
Here's a full breakdown of the NTE gacha rates:
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| S-class base rate | 0.99% per roll |
| Soft pity trigger | At 70 rolls without an S-class |
| Hard pity | 90 rolls guarantees the featured S-class |
| A-class guarantee | Every 10 rolls |
| Pity carry-over | Yes — pity transfers to future limited banners |
Active NTE Arc Research Program (Weapon Banner)
The Arc Research Program is NTE's version of a weapon banner. Instead of pulling for characters, you're pulling for Arcs. These are equippable items that boost your character's stats and unlock special bonuses. You use tri-keys to roll here, which you can earn through the Fair Exchange shop.

The current arc banner is the Bright Moon Special Arc Research Program, which features the S-rank Arc Marching Beyond Time at boosted rates. It runs from May 13 until June 3, 2026, the same window as Hotori's character banner. Like the character banner, you'll need to complete the Prologue quest to unlock it.

Arc Research Program Rates
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| S-class arc base rate | 3% per pull |
| Featured arc guarantee | Within 8 pulls |
| S-class arc guarantee | Within 6 pulls |
| Minimum rarity per pull | A-class or higher |
| Cost per pull | 10 tri-keys |
| Pity carry-over | Yes — carries to next arc banner |
Every single pull on the Arc Research Program gives you at least an A-class arc, which is already more generous than a lot of gacha games out there. And just like the character banner, your arc pity carries over to future banners.
You can also grab some arcs through regular gameplay. A handful of S-class arcs are available once through open-world exploration for free. For the rarer, banner-exclusive arcs though, the Arc Research Program is your main path.
Good luck on your rolls! The Scarborough Fair is one of the more creative gacha systems out there, and it makes pulling feel a little different from the usual routine.
