You can get Hathor in NTE by pulling the Standard Banner or by selecting her from the permanent box.

Best Arc (Weapons) for Hathor

Raging Flames
Base ATK: 666
Sub Stat: Crit Damage: 24%

Increases Lakshana DMG by 15%.

Increases the wearer's Redirect Skill and Ultimate DMG by 10% for 10s after casting Ultimate.

Increases the wearer's Redirect Skill DMG by 5% per cast while active, up to 2 stacks.

Fluff of Fortitude
Base ATK: 512
Sub Stat: ATK: 27.5%

Increases the wearer's DMG by 22%. Increases this effect to 28% against enemies with HP below 50%.

Raging Flames is Hathor's best free weapon and is obtainable by defeating the Headless Rider boss. This weapon gives CRIT DMG as its substat (24% at level 80). The base ATK is notably high at 666, making it one of the strongest free weapons in terms of raw stats.

The weapon skill provides three benefits:

  • First, it increases your Lakshana damage by 15% permanently. Since all of Hathor's attacks deal Lakshana damage, this is a consistent damage boost.
  • Second, after casting your ultimate, you gain 10% increased Redirect Skill and Ultimate damage for 10 seconds.
  • Third, each time you cast your Redirect Skill while this buff is active, you gain an additional 5% Redirect Skill damage, stacking up to 2 times for a total of 10% more damage.

Combined, this means your first Cyclone Strike gets 10% bonus damage, your second gets 15%, and your third gets 20%. This stacking damage bonus synergizes perfectly with Hathor's playstyle of using three consecutive Cyclone Strikes during the Emergency Delivery state. Raging Flames is completely free, easy to obtain, and performs exceptionally well on Hathor. It's the recommended weapon for most players.

Best Cartridges and Modules for Hathor

Street Boxer

Devil's Blood Curse
2 Pc Bonus: Lakshana DMG +10%

4 Pc Bonus: CRIT Chance +14%. Becomes +14% for 20s when the team triggers Remora or Stain.
2 Pc Bonus: Psyche DMG +10%

4 Pc Bonus: DMG +18%, or +36% against enemies affected by Nova or Stain.

Street Boxer is Hathor's best-in-slot cartridge set if you have access to Remora or Stain Esper Cycles in your team.

  • The 2-piece set bonus gives you 10% Lakshana damage, which applies to all of Hathor's attacks since everything she does is Lakshana damage.
  • The 4-piece set bonus is where this set shines. It increases your CRIT Rate by 14% baseline. When your team triggers Remora or Stain, this bonus increases to 28% CRIT Rate for 20 seconds.

With Hathor's passive (Delay Warning) already providing 10% CRIT Rate against Remora-affected enemies, you can stack up to 38% CRIT Rate from these two sources combined in Remora teams.

Remora is triggered by combining Lakshana + Cosmos elements, which means teams with Esper Zero, Chiz, or Edgar can activate this bonus consistently. Stain requires Psyche + Lakshana. Street Boxer is the clear best choice if you're running Hathor in teams with Esper Zero or other Cosmos/Psyche supports.

Increases ATK by 10% for each Type III Module equipped.

How to Play Hathor in NTE?

Hathor is a burst DPS character who builds up Express Delivery Power stacks and spends them during her Emergency Delivery state for high damage output. She needs moderate field time to unleash her burst windows but can function as a sub-DPS between ultimate rotations.

Start each rotation by building Express Delivery Power stacks. You gain stacks by holding your skill (3 stacks), tapping your skill (2 stacks), performing critical ripostes after perfect dodges (1 stack), or through your passive trait Excellent Rating Lock. Once you have 6 stacks ready, use your ultimate to enter Emergency Delivery state.

During Emergency Delivery state, your skill transforms into Cyclone Strike—a powerful motorcycle attack that consumes your Express Delivery Power stacks. You can use Cyclone Strike up to three times if you're at maximum stacks (6 stacks). Each cast deals significant burst damage and builds up your ultimate energy for the next rotation (5 Ultimate Energy you gain per Express Delivery Power stack consumed).

With Awakening 6 unlocked, you gain 30% CRIT DMG during Emergency Delivery state, making this your primary damage window. Awakening 4 further enhances consecutive Cyclone Strikes by increasing the CRIT Rate of each subsequent cast by 25%, creating a snowball effect where your second and third Cyclone Strikes hit harder than the first.

Between ultimate windows, use your skill on cooldown to build stacks, trigger critical ripostes when possible, and swap to other characters to apply buffs or trigger Esper Cycle reactions like Remora, Charge, or Stain. Hathor's passive enhances Remora duration and provides 10% CRIT Rate when attacking Remora-affected enemies. Most of her damage comes from Cyclone Strike casts during Emergency Delivery state, making her ultimate and skill your investment priorities.
