Raging Flames is a free S-rank Arc available in Neverness to Everness. This Plasma-type arc is Hathor's signature Arc and provides damage boosts for Lakshana element characters. You can obtain Raging Flames by defeating the Headless Rider. Here is the complete process on how to find the Headless Rider boss in NTE, defeat it, and obtain the Raging Flames Arc.

Raging Flames is an S-rank Plasma Arc with CRIT DMG as its substat. The base ATK starts at 43 and scales up to 666 at max level 80. The CRIT DMG substat begins at 9.6% and reaches 24% at level 70 and 80.

The Headless Rider skill provides three separate bonuses. First, it increases Lakshana DMG by 15% at level 1 scaling up to 25% at level 5. Second, it boosts the wearer's Redirect Skill and Ultimate DMG by 10% at level 1 up to 20% at level 5 for 10 seconds after casting Ultimate. Third, it increases Redirect Skill DMG by 5% per cast at level 1 up to 9% per cast at level 5 while active with a maximum of 2 stacks.

How to get Raging Flames Arc in NTE?
Raging Flames drops from defeating the Headless Rider. However, you will need to unlock it by following these steps:
- First, buy any 4-wheeled vehicle from the vehicle shop. Once you own a vehicle, drive to the crossing at Fox Window Street.
- Set your in-game clock to around 20:00. Wait at the crossing for the Headless Rider to appear. Once the Headless Rider spawns, chase it until you reach the end of a tunnel. You do not need to race or beat it in speed. Simply follow behind it until the tunnel ends.
- The tunnel transports you into the Headless Rider's Anomaly Realm, where the boss fight begins.
Successfully defeating the Headless Rider rewards you with the Raging Flames Arc plus other materials. We have added a video guide below for your ease. The video below shows how to trigger the fight and get the Raging Flames Arc in NTE.
