Free Arcs From Anomaly Commissions
Five of the free Arcs come from Anomaly Commissions, which are special missions you can track through the map. Go to Map > Anomaly Commission and scroll to find the one you need.
Raging Flames

Head to Bridge Crossings and find the Headless Rider anomaly location. Set your in-game time to past midnight, then drive toward the tunnel (not by riding a motorcycle, it has to be a car). The Headless Rider will spawn, you follow him, and that starts the boss fight. Beat him and the Arc is yours.
Raging Flames is Hathor's signature Arc. The stats are solid, too. It gives 24% CRIT Damage at level 80, plus a 15% Lakshana damage boost and strong redirect skill buffs after using your ultimate.

Teleport to the phone booth near Illusion Town, turn around, and go straight. The Beat King boss is right there in that direction. Beat it, absorb the reward, and you're done. This Arc is made for Haniel. While she's off-field, your active character gains up to 18% extra attack. On-field, she can stack up to 32% Psyche damage through basic attacks alone.

Teleport to the Wertheimer Tower on New Herland District and track down The Book of Post-Adolescence Anomaly Commission. When you spot the construction site in this area, head inside, take the lift to the fourth floor, and the boss is there.
This Arc is absolutely usefil on Daffodil. It gives 60% break intensity, summons the Black Tome after support skills are used, boosts her chaos damage by 20%, and deals extra chaos damage equal to 200% attack on break.
Tears Beneath the Mask

Also in New Herland, teleport to the ReroRero Phone Booth, and head up the stairs to the main road. Go straight, then turn left at the gas station. You'll see a tall building. Climb it from the back where a billboard gives you a rest point to recover stamina.
Climb all the way to the railing at the top, then go up the stairs to start the Call of the Lost Anomaly Commission and defeat the Nestbound Bird boss. This Arc isn't particularly strong on current characters, so don't stress over it right now.
Song of the Whale

Teleport to the tower next to the Eibon phone booth. Go slightly right and parkour up the buildings to reach the main road. Grab a car, again, motorcycles won't work here. Follow the road to the intersection, turn left, and drive through the Nautili Tunnel. Keep driving on the water road without stopping until the cutscene kicks in.
You need to complete Deep Blue Sorrow and take down the Sea Prisoner boss. This Arc doesn't fit many current characters well, so there's no rush.
Reality's Refuge

Teleport to the New Herland location. Walk to the main road and follow it until it ends, then turn left. Take the first right, cross the road, and enter the movie theater building. Keep to the far left side of the building and head to the back room.
That's where the Swallowtail boss for the Let's Go See a Movie Anomaly Commission is waiting. This is Jiuyuan's best-in-slot Arc, no contest. It gives 30% attack, 15% Anima Damage, 10% Attachment Damage, and a 20% Attachment Damage Burst for 6 seconds after her ultimate.

This one comes from completing the Pawn Moonlight Spinoff questline, which follows a puppy that eventually grows into a wolf. After finishing, the Morphix weekly boss unlocks and a teleport point appears that takes you straight to the entrance. Beat it in single-player mode and the Arc will drop.
You get 45% ATK, 18% Charge Efficiency, and a 10–16% Team Attack Buff after Sakiri's ultimate. It's the best free support Arc in the game.

Complete the Where Worlds Sprout, Fall Unfolds Spinoff. This unlocks after reaching Level 14 and is located at a manor that you can't enter unless the quest is done. Once you finish it, you can teleport directly to the boss. Beat Serenetti in solo mode and then claim the Arc.
It gives 12% CRIT Rate at level 80 and lets you stack up to 48% CRIT Damage when your HP drops passively. Strong pick for Baicang and other incantation DPS.
Eternal Waltz

Finish the main story quest called Deal? Deal! and then return to fight The Never-Ending Arachne weekly boss solo. You'll need to manually activate the teleport point after finishing the quest, but you can track it on the map to walk or drive there.
This Arc focuses on survivability with 41% HP and 20% Max HP at level 80, plus a 10% Mental Damage boost after your ultimate. Perfect if you're building around HP-scaling characters like Fadia.

Just level up your City Tycoon to Level 21 and the Arc drops automatically, already at max Mixing level 5, which saves you a ton of grinding for duplicates. Keep leveling up beyond 21 and you'll eventually get all five copies maxed out for free.
Contemplative Cat is Chiz's signature Arc, and it gives 44% CRIT Damage and up to 25% Cosmos Damage once you hold a million funds, which happens naturally through normal play.

Visit Nacupeda's Pool, located near Davidia Avenue in southwest Illusion Town. Interact with the fountain and select "Make a Sincere Wish" in the dialogue.
You can make a wish once per day to earn Mhm! Coins. Collect 100 of them, then go to Mall > Arc Shop > Arc Exchange to buy this Arc. It boosts HP by 24%, so it works best on characters who scale with HP.

You need to complete a secret quest tied to the Eclipse NPC at the Bureau of Anomaly Control. It's easy to miss if you're not paying attention, so look it up separately once you're ready for it. This one has multiple steps, so follow carefully.
Step 1
Teleport to the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Look to your right for Eclipse NPC. She only talks to you if it's between 8 AM and 12 PM in sunny weather, so adjust your clock if needed. Talk to her until her dialogue repeats.
Step 2
Set the clock two days forward, still between 8 AM and 12 PM, and make sure the weather is sunny (you can change it at the bottom of the clock menu). Then teleport to the Eibon phone booth, go right toward the Film Orbit Studio, climb to the top, and talk to Eclipse.
Step 3
Teleport to the Wertheimer Tower close to Davidia Avenue, and find the Oops! Chest Gift Shop building. Climb it from the right side and talk to Eclipse at the top.
Step 4
Go back to the Eibon phone booth and head toward the train station. Keep going forward and you'll spot Eclipse in the distance.
Step 5
Head to the Red Bridge and climb all the way to the top. If you have Nanally, she can run straight up. Otherwise, rest midway to recover stamina. Eclipse is waiting at the very top.
Step 6
Teleport back to the Bureau of Anomaly Control and talk to Eclipse one final time. She hands you the Arc as a reward.
The Day Off Arc gives 30% ATK and summons an actual eclipse for 49 seconds during combat, restoring 6 ultimate energy up to five times while it's active. It's Esper Zero's signature weapon and probably the coolest free Arc in the game.

This is the hardest one on the list. You need to reach maximum Wanted Level (5 stars) by fighting police officers and keeping the heat going until the Justice Executioner spawns. It's a Level 99 boss that hits extremely hard and will one-shot you if you make a single mistake.
Once you somehow beat it, visit the Security Office to claim the Arc. It gives 15% Attack and summons a companion that fights alongside you for 30 seconds. It's not best-in-slot for anyone specific right now, but it's a fun one to have.
