How to Get Jiuyuan in Neverness to Everness
Jiuyuan is available on the Standard Board banner in Neverness to Everness. So, she is always obtainable and never leaves the pool. The Standard Board features six permanent S-class characters: Baicang, Daffodill, Fadia, Hathor, Jiuyuan, and Sakiri, and every pull gives you an equal chance at any of them.

Fireflies and the Forest is Jiuyuan’s best Cartridge because she attacks very fast, making it easy to stack up extra CRIT damage for big hits. Lost Radiance is also good, especially in longer fights where she can use her Ultimate more than once.
For main stats, prioritize CRIT DMG above everything else. For substats, go for CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, DMG, and ATK% in that order. Jiuyuan's console bonus grants 6% CRIT Rate for every Type II Module equipped, so running five Type II Modules gives her a free 30% CRIT Rate before substats, making a full CRIT DPS build very easy to obtain.
