The Pink Paws Heist is one of the best ways to farm Fons in NTE. If you run the heist efficiently, you can earn up to 1 million Fons every two weeks, all while enjoying gameplay that feels very similar to a fun GTA-style heist.
Here’s a complete Pink Paws Heist guide covering the important mechanics, what you should prioritize, and how to clear it efficiently every time.
What Is the Pink Paws Heist?

The Pink Paws Heist is a bank robbery minigame set inside the Pink Paws Bank HQ in the New Herland District. It’s basically a simulation, a partnership between the director of "Vault Heist" and Dvorak to let people experience a heist without, you know, actual crime.
You have 12 minutes to grab as many collectibles as possible. The more you collect, the more Fons you earn. It doesn't cost City Stamina either, so you can run it as many times as you want within the bi-weekly cap.
To unlock the Pink Paws Heist, you need to reach City Tycoon Rank 10, which means earning your first 1,510,600 Fons and hitting House Collection level 3.
How to Start the Heist

- Head to Pink Paws Bank HQ in the New Herland District. There's a Fast Travel Point nearby, unlock it on your first visit.
- Use Wertheimer Tower as a teleport point to save travel time.
- Talk to Chiz inside the bank to kick things off. If it's your first time, chat with her fully. She explains the basics, and there are Challenge Targets to check before you dive in.
- Before starting, review the Challenge Targets (like defeating the boss Mammon). Some are hard to complete unless you specifically plan for them, and finishing them gives bonus Fons and Annulith.
How to Plan Your Runs Efficiently
The first rule of thumb you need to note for the Pink Paws, is that you can't do everything in one run, that's just the reality of the 12-minute timer. Since you can't do everything in one run, the key is to plan each run around one main goal.
Here are three main goals in Pink Paws Heist.
Goal 1: Collect Chaotic Core and Vault Card
If you're new or still building up resources, your first priority should be getting the items you need for future runs. That means hunting for a Vault Access Card, an Advanced Clearance Card I, and a Chaotic Core.
During this run, don't stress about maximizing Fons. Instead, open every drawer, check every desk, and search every cabinet you pass. LG1 has the most keycard spawn points, so take a bit more time there.
HOWEVER, you actually don’t need to stress too much about specifically hunting for Access Cards. If you simply focus on collecting as much loot as possible during your runs, you’ll naturally obtain Vault Cards over time and gradually build up a stockpile of them.
Which makes this next option the better overall choice.
Goal 2: Boss Hunting and Fons Farming
This is your bread-and-butter run. The goal here is to chain together boss kills and golden enemy drops, while clearing high-loot rooms as efficiently as possible.
This objective is what Pink Paws is truly all about, maximizing your bi-weekly Fons cap. Pink Paws is one of the best methods for farming Fons, so most players generally focus on boss hunting and efficient Fons farming during the heist.

Goal 3: Full Vault Run with Final Boss
Once you have enough Access Cards, an Advanced Clearance Card I, and a Chaotic Core all saved up, you can dedicate a full run to the vaults and Mammon.
This run is different, you're not stopping to farm. You're rushing. Use the Collection Floor Pass or Vault Pass elevators to cut travel time on the way down. Open the Access Card rooms that sit along your direct path to LG3, and don't get sidetracked by loot that takes you off-route.
When you reach LG3, open the Core Vault using your Advanced Clearance Card I and Chaotic Core. Then take on Mammon. Make sure you have that 8-minute buffer solo or 4 minutes in a group, his HP is no joke.
Finishing Mammon also completes Challenge Targets, which gives you extra rewards on top of whatever Fons you earned in the run.
However, if your gear and level are still lacking, it’s not recommended to attempt a solo Mammon run.
Always Extract Before Time Runs Out
No matter which goal you're doing, never let the timer hit zero. If your HP is getting low or you're down to the last two or three minutes without an extraction point in sight, start backtracking immediately.
Phone Booths are scattered across the map and can close over time, so the earlier you find one, the better. LG2 usually has a reliable Phone Booth near the backtrack path, and LG3 has two extraction points if you've gone that deep.
Losing everything because you ran out of time or got knocked out feels terrible, especially on a good run. When in doubt, extract early and come back next time.
Best Pink Paws Heist Farming Route (150k+ per Run)

This is the best route to farm Fons. Note that we are still doing trial runs to find out the best farming route, but this is the current best one.
This run can earn you more than 200k Fons when you get lucky, and it’s not too complicated either. However, keep in mind that every Pink Paws run can vary depending on loot quality and boss availability:
- Bad run: 80k+ Fons
- Decent run: 130k+ Fons
- Good run: 180k+ Fons
- Perfect run: 230k+ Fons
A perfect run happens when you get favorable RNG, such as pulling 50k Fons from a single vault while also having all bosses available on the map.
On the other hand, unlucky runs can happen too, where you only encounter one boss and barely find any legendary loot. Even then, this route can still consistently earn you 80k+ Fons.
Also, using Hotori in the Pink Paws Heist is extremely effective, as she can literally stop time, including the heist timer itself.
Starting Point
After the heist starts, immediately enter the door on the right. Ignore the Anomaly there and quickly open the door ahead that leads to the basement.
Once you reach the basement, defeat the three Anomalies that spawn and loot the drops from the golden enemy. After defeating it, proceed to the elevator and head down to LG1.
LG 1 - Office Floor

On LG1, head into the open area and turn left. Look for the desks in the far-left corner and loot them, as they usually contain valuable items. After that, go up the nearby stairs and enter the golden door.
Golden Spider Boss

Once inside the golden door, turn right, ignore the vaults for now, and continue through the golden door ahead. Follow the path, and after turning left, check whether the door in front of you is open. If it is, head inside and defeat the Spider Boss for at least 25k Fons.

After defeating the Spider Boss, open the two vaults behind the newly opened wall. Once finished, leave through the same door you entered from, then turn left in the open area and enter the blue door behind the desk.
Laser Room 1

Inside, loot as much as possible in the laser-filled room. Start by clearing the left side first, opening every drawer and container you can find.

Then head to the room at the end, open the large white vault, collect the pile of cash on the desk, and open the smaller vault in front of it.
Afterward, head back outside and clear the opposite side of the room, which was originally on your right when you first entered. Once done, exit through the blue door.
After leaving, backtrack to the golden door you previously entered from and immediately open the vault in front of you. Then continue straight past the horizontal lasers, opening any vaults you encounter before proceeding through the next golden door.
Golden Elk Boss

Once you cross through, immediately check the corridor on the right side. If it is open, head inside and defeat the Golden Elk Boss. After killing and looting it, open the two vaults behind the room before continuing through the golden door.
Proceed forward and eliminate all the Anomalies in the area. There is usually a golden enemy here as well, although its loot is often disappointing. After clearing everything, enter the elevator and move down to LG2.
LG 2 - Collection Floor

Now that you are on LG2, move forward and loot the desks on the left side of the open area. After clearing everything there, check the corridor at the back. If it is open, head downstairs and defeat the Phone Booth Boss.
Phone Booth Boss

After defeating the Phone Booth Boss, a door should appear behind it, although sometimes it does not spawn. That’s fine, because there is another route to reach the area. If the door does appear, head inside and defeat the golden enemy.
If the door does not appear, head back upstairs and turn right while looting all the desks along the way. Be careful not to trigger the alarm in this section.

Next, turn left, jump over the gate, and turn left again. Head to the farthest room and loot everything inside, as there is usually a large amount of cash there. After clearing the room, look for the Exit door on the right side.
Go inside, then immediately enter the door on the right. Open the next door, turn left, and enter the golden door.
Golden Lamp Boss

Inside, continue straight through every door ahead until you reach a small room filled with files and books. Opening the door there will lead you to the Golden Lamp Boss that would normally be located behind the Phone Booth Boss.
Defeat the golden enemy and loot the rewards. If your run has gone well so far, you should have around 150k+ Fons at this point.
Backtrack through the doors you used earlier until you spot a red staircase on the right. Go upstairs, enter the room, and loot everything inside. If you have less than two minutes remaining at this stage, it is usually better to head for extraction.
Laser Room 2

However, if you still have extra time, turn around and move through the corridor toward the golden cube area. Activate the golden Empty Shell there and defeat it.

After defeating it, head toward the main staircase. Instead of going downstairs, turn left and enter the room guarded by two Empty Shells. This is another laser-filled room containing even more valuable loot.
Try to collect all the gold bars and cash to fully maximize your run. Once you finish looting the room, it is best to head back and look for an active phone booth extraction point.
My run using this route earned me 263k Fons, which is an excellent result. If you consistently follow this route, you’ll hit the 1 million Fons cap in no time.
Solo vs. Multiplayer — Which Is Better?
Both have their strengths. It really depends on what you're going for.
Solo is better when:
- You want a steady 100k+ Fons per run without competition
- You want a higher chance of finding Access Cards since you're searching alone
- You don't want anyone else snagging loot before you
Multiplayer is better when:
- You want to clear enemies faster and take on the final boss more efficiently
- You need to cover more ground quickly and find Phone Booths before they close
- You're okay with slightly lower individual earnings (sometimes 60k or less) in exchange for speed
Important multiplayer rules:
- Loot disappears once one player picks it up — so split up and take different routes
- Earnings are calculated individually — you only get Fons for what you personally collect
- Assign different routes per player (for example, one goes Golden Elk route, the other takes the Golden Spider route)
- Enemies in front of elevators can be tag-teamed — one player picks the lock while others handle combat
What You Earn
- Up to 1,000,000 Fons per two-week cycle, one of the best Fons sources in the game
- Paw-Paw Coins — exchangeable with Chiz for exclusive vehicles, outfits, and Annulith
- Pink Paws Credit — hit milestones for even more Fons and bonus materials
The vehicles and outfits from Chiz's shop can't be found anywhere else, so if you're eyeing something from that shop, keep running heists and saving up those coins.
The Pink Paws Heist is one of the most rewarding things you can do in NTE, especially early on. Once you get the hang of the routes and learn which enemies are worth fighting, you will have a steady income of Fons.
