How to Get Chiz in Neverness to Everness
Chiz is a free S-Rank character obtainable by all player simply by progressing through the game. You will unlock her C6 automatically by leveling up your Tycoon Rank. No gacha pulls are required.
Her signature Arc (weapon) is also obtainable for free at max T5 refinement through the same progression system, making her one of the most accessible S-rank characters in Neverness to Everness.

Contemplative Cat is Chiz’s signature Arc and can be obtained for free at T5, making it her best option. At T5, it also rolls with both CRIT DMG and ATK, which fits perfectly with her kit and helps maximize her damage output.
Cosmos Daze, Wild Reverie is a solid alternative choice if you want to use the free Arc on another character, as this one still offer good overall performance. Be Happy is another workable option for Chiz if the other Arcs are not available. Though it's not as strong as the main or secondary pick.

Lost Radiance is Chiz’s best Cartridge set. Its 4-piece Legendary bonus lets you ignore 25% of an enemy’s DEF for 20 seconds after using your Ultimate, which lines up well with her burst damage window after Zero-Sum Game. If you don’t have a full Lost Radiance set yet, Shadow Creed is a decent alternative that can still get the job done.
For stats, focus on Crit Rate and Cosmos DMG Bonus as your main priorities. For substats, aim for Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and ATK, with getting both crit stats as your main goal. After equipping the four pieces needed for the set bonus, fill the remaining slots with three-piece combinations that give you the best extra stats.
